Panasonic Welding Robot

Panasonic robots are specifically designed for the arc welding process, with all components and software produced in-house. The robot has a large reach and is robust. The integrated power source ensures seamless movements and the welding process, enhancing quality and productivity. Whether you are working with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, the Panasonic WG power source delivers perfect welding results for any material.

The System

In the RWAAS system, the robot is placed on a FRAME-C, a compact and space-efficient frame that is easy to set up and equipped with all safety measures.

Automatic Programming with ARP

ARP, or Automatic Robot Programming, is a breakthrough by Valk Welding in collaboration with software partner ArcNC. It almost fully automates the offline programming process of industrial welding robots. With ARP, even people without programming experience can program a Panasonic welding robot. The system analyzes 3D CAD/STEP files, identifies weld seams, and recommends welding positions and sequences. This results in a user-friendly system that combines the durability, speed, and accuracy of Panasonic welding robots with the ease of a cobot. With ARP, your employees can program quickly and efficiently, without the need for long and costly training.

Complete unburdening from welding wire to service

Welding Wire: Since 1984, Valk Welding has ensured planned, flexible deliveries of welding wire without third-party intervention. We take care of the logistics and quality, so you receive small to large quantities of welding wire directly from a large stock. Valk Welding offers a wide range of welding wires for various welding processes in different diameters, ranging from unalloyed to highly alloyed. Our experts work with you to determine the right wire for your (robotic) welding production.

Support

The organization of Valk Welding is focused on providing fast and direct support. With a strong regional service organization and our own service technicians, we are always available for you. Valk Welding can respond quickly and promptly to inquiries thanks to service staff living regionally. If a problem arises and you need a technician immediately, they can be on-site very quickly. Additionally, Valk Welding offers a free helpdesk, available 6 days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. More than 90% of problems are resolved directly through our telephone helpdesk.
