In the video below we show you the perfect example of such a Smart Industry Robot Solution. This compact welding robot cell is equipped with a handling robot together with a welding robot, three working stations and a warehouse which provides room for 58 jigs. The robot cell works fully automatically and only the loading of the jigs is done manually.
The jig is picked up from the loading station after being manually loaded. It is then placed either in the warehouse or placed on one of the two welding stations. A product that is being saved in the warehouse will later on be picked up during the working cycle of the robots. After the welding process the product is being presented to the operator who will unload the finished product and load the base materials for a next product.
