With Valk Welding Precision Parts, Valk Welding produces its own welding equipment for welding robot systems. The welding equipment is complete with robot torches, pneumatic disconnection, 'long life' hose package with Quick Exchange connection and the Quick Touch wire clamping system. As a technology partner, Valk Welding also takes care of everything in this area and the custom-made welding torches regularly provide the solution for a successful project.
In 2019, as a strategically important step, Valk Welding commissioned the Valk Welding Precision Parts production facility in Nieuwegein. Keeping development and production in our own hands is of great importance to our customers. Valk Welding is going to expand the production to 500 to 600 robot torches per year and further increase the possibilities for the development and construction of special torches. With the new CNC lathe, nice steps have been taken in this direction.
