The amount of time it takes to replace one tip is around 40 seconds. As tips can be replaced without having to stop production lines, robot operation rates can be increased significantly.
It is compatible with the new state-of-the-art Valk Welding VWPR MIG II welding torch, and the mechanized process tightens the tips to a specified torque. By ensuring that all tips are replaced regularly without fail, it also helps to further increase the stability of product quality.
