Valk Welding is responding in this way to the growing number of larger XYZ systems that where being delivered in recent years in Europe.
In recent years we have noticed a growing demand for larger welding robot systems to robotize the welding process of large products. These so-called XYZ systems are characterized by a welding robot in hanging position from a gantry which can move over the X,Y and Z axis. This gives the welding robot installation a large degree of freedom of movement so that also larger products can be fully reached.
To carry out the necessary tests that often take place prior to a robot project, the Technical Center at the head office in Alblasserdam recently installed such a XYZ system. Valk Welding was already able to carry out tests on the standard frames (E-frame and H-frame), but this alone was not sufficient for the testing of large products.
With the purchase of a XYZ system Valk Welding is ready for the future.
