This multifunctional robot cell consists of four handling robots and two welding robots.
Besides its own welding and handling robots, Valk Welding has worked together on this project with local Danish partners who took care of the press brake and conveyor system. In this way, a complete production line was installed which ensures a process which starts as flat material and separate components into a complete finished product. These finished products are packed and stacked on a pallet. Watch the video of this entire process below:
