Valk Welding introduces innovative and also price interesting welding solutions at EuroBlech

Valk Welding, a leading name in the world of flexible arc welding automation, announces its presence at EuroBlech. With numerous pioneering developments, the company continues to expand its lead, both for well-known applications and for small companies looking for affordable, compact solutions with quick payback.

New Developments and Innovations

In recent years, Valk Welding has focused on automatic programming of welding robots, leading to the growing success of ARP (Automatic Robot Programming). This technology combines rapid software development with Valk Welding's extensive knowledge of calibration, engineering and welding. At EuroBlech, numerous concrete cases will be presented that can no longer do without ARP. A welding robot that is automatically programmed without much knowledge is a fact.

Cheaper and better than a cobot

A complete welding robot including automatic programming for less money than a welding cobot! Valk Welding wants to give all companies the opportunity to take the first steps towards robotic welding without any risk. The Valk Welding Table Cell costs less than a welding cobot and does not even need manual programming. The ARP software does that for you. Moreover, the customer can also grow further in time by later expanding the Table Cell into a larger robotic installation with all its extra features, according to a growth scenario.

Arc-Eye Adaptive Multi Pass Solution

For high-end applications, Valk Welding is introducing the new Arc-Eye Adaptive Multi Pass solution. This technology enables robots to fully automatically fill seam layers to a perfect closed seam, even at large tolerances. This is ideal for large infrastructure works, shipping, offshore and wind energy projects. Within Europe, there is also a growing demand for renovations of existing bridge sections, where this technology offers absolute added value.

Investments in Europe

Despite the pressure from China, Valk Welding continues to believe in Europe's future and continues to invest in the European market. The company serves Europe from branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and Ireland. Recently, Valk Welding Finland was established to meet the increasing demand for unique solutions in the Finnish and Estonian industries. We are proving that it can be done and is better. This is in contrast to other well-known European players who have since surrendered to China.
