The double E-frame is equipped with a Panasonic TL-2000WG3 arc welding robot and has 4 weld stations. With the use of 4 weld stations a continuous process flow can be created. Each weld stations is equipped with a different welding jig for different production parts. The arc welding robot installation is being used for the welding of components for busses.
