This robotic system is used for welding of plastic products, mainly tanks. The Panasonic TL-1800G3 is equipped with a extrusion welder. The Panasonic robot is mounted on a elevated base to reach also high tanks properly on the inside. The products are loaded on a special designed positioner which brings the products in front of the robot with the use of a shifter.
