This assembly line is being designed for the assembly of sprinkler pipes.
Unique for Valk Welding is the fact that in this system, we have placed the robots on a fixed position and instead we move the products in the correct position and rotate it. From the point of automatic component feeding the complete assembly is automated. A handling robot picks up the sub-assembly parts from the storage place and offer it to the welding robot at a correct position. The welding robot performs both a cutting and a welding process.
